Chatpata Tomato Soup/ टमाटर सूप

Tune up your body with delicious chatpa “tomato soup” because it contains more of calories 👌 less of cholesterol and all the minerals sodium, potassium, iron, vitamins necessary for your body. you can serve it hot or cold in bowl. can even put some cream in it to get a creamy flavor

Ingredients required for making chatpata tomato soup🔻

tomatoes 4 or 5 as needed

sugar and salt as per need

butter if you want to make creamy soup

black pepper powder 1/2 tbs

tomato cache-up 1 tbs

carrot some chopped

garlic pieces 4 to 5 chopped

ginger small piece chopped

onion small chopped

Procedure for making chatpata tomato soup🔻

put a pan on gas flame add some butter in it and let it melt🔻

add chopped onions in it and roast it till gets light light brown. then add garlic and ginger chopped roast them. 🔻

now add chopped carrots and cook them till the paste gets soft. add chopped tomatoes with some water and cook again for soft paste🔻

cover pan for five to ten minutes on slow flame🔻

take the pan out of gas burner and allow the paste to cool down. now with the help of mixture grind the paste into fine liquid one. filter the paste so that remaining broad particles come out of paste🔻

put the remaining filtered paste into another pan with some water to gas flame.add sugar, salt, tomato catch-up and mix the paste thoroughly also add black pepper powder🔻

slow down gas flame and boil the paste till 10 minutes more it will get somewhat thicker🔻

your chatpata tomato soup is ready to be served in bowl………🔻

“Sooji ke Papad”/सूजी के पापड़

You all must have used papad from market. They must have been part of your meal some or other times. do you know you can make them at your home in simple and easy way. it will not only cost you less then market but you can even store them in air tight container for a year and fry them as per need whenever needed.

papad are made by various types as sooji, sabudana, rice, sama rice etc. now let us start today with sooji ke papad. sooji is eaisly availabe at almost all stores in market, similarly cumin, azwain and salt. these are only things required.

Sooji or Semolina is used to make variety of food products. In my coming blogs I will be sharing with you all these one by one. from health prospective sooji has high concentration of Protein and Vitamins needed for growth and development of body.

Ingredients required for making sooji ke papad are:

  • sooji/ सूजी  -one bowl(small or medium as required) 
  • salt/ नमक – as per requirement
  • cumin जीरा – one tablespoon for extra taste in papad
  • azwain/ अजवाइन – half tablespoon

 

Procedure for making sooji ke papad:

  • place a container over gas burner with water four times of sooji bowl
  • after water gets heated mix salt, cumin and azwain in it and stir till it gets transparent
  • now pour bowl of sooji taken slowly slowly. remember to contineously stir the solution while pouring, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of container.
  • stir the solution till it gets little thicker over slow flame
  • now off the gas flame and spread the solution over a polythene surface in round shape and place it in bright sunlight for 2 to 3 days for completely drying it on both sides
  • you can fry these in oil for serving
